She resided in the City of Attleboro since 1984 having moved to the community from Cumberland, Rhode Island. She was employed as a store detective for many companies including Stop & Shop in Attleboro, various locations of Building 19 and for the former Ann & Hope retail store prior to her retirement in 2012. Born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 7, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Henry Walter Brooks, Sr. She was the wife of the late Anthony Pappa who died on December 1, 1977.
